Copy/paste not working.

Converted PPT file into PDF document, but now copy/paste is not working in that particular PDF.

Please assist.

Would you mind confirming the exact method of converting the PPT to PDF? Did you use the File save as PDF feature, or was it File>Save as Adobe PDF?

Save as PDF is a Microsoft inbuilt PDF maker, and we do not have a hold on its mechanism.

When converting PPT to PDF, let us know if you have used the Acrobat plugin to save the PPT file as Adobe PDF.
