Corrupt files after emailing

Hi,

Currently on Adobe Pro Version 2025.001.20438; macbook pro OS Sequioia 15.4.1

Since December 2024 after updating my OS I have issues with PDF documents that become corrupted. I can open on my end, but when the document is emailed to another party they are unable to open as the file is corrupt. I have factory reset my computer, I have unistalled Adobe and did the "wash" of the old version. I really need a fix to this issue.

This issue with the files is quite unusual. Generally, if a PDF opens successfully on your device, it should also open on others without problems.

The only explanation I can think of for this behavior is that the fonts used in the PDF may not be properly embedded.

Also, confirm if the recipients are opening files in Acrobat, Reader, or some third-party apps?
