Corrupted PDF crashing file explorer

I'm having an issue where I have 2 corrupted PDF's sitting on my desktop that can't seem to be changed at all. I'm not allowed to move them to a different folder, rename them, or delete them in anyway.

For troubleshooting I've tried

  • Modifying them, saving them and trying to delete that way
  • Turning off preview pane to delete
  • Using the permanent delete shortcut
  • Deleting through CMD
  • Deleting with File Assassin

Nothing seems to do the job, and any program that sends file explorer to the desktop will crash in response. The files can be opened in a web browser but not in Adobe itself. Can someone help me delete these files?
