Cost effective AATL Certificate

Looking for a CA recommendation for a cost effective organizational/enterprise certificate (preferrably on Safenet token or other linux compatible token/hsm). Cheapest provider I found so far is $150/yr through Entrust, but I was hoping to do better than this.
