couldn't find "request signature" feature

I'm using Pro 2017 version but i couldn't use the request signature feature even though the feature table says this version could collect e-signatures and track responses. How to solve this?

Both desktop version and web version did not work. I login online and was asked to subscribe to the service, but I'm already the subscriber of Pro DC 2017.

You have no subscription of Acrobat DC.

Is Pro 2017 not eligible for e-sign feature? Please refer to my first posting.

Hey there,

 

As mentioned, you cannot find the option to request signature from other within Acrobat 2017. Where exactly you are looking for it? Can you share the screenshot of your Acrobat's Tools section?

Acrobat 2017 classic desktop version might not give you the Send for signature or Request signature option. To double check navigate to Tool>Fill & Sign>Request signature is the place from where you can send the document for signature.

 

However, this feature is accessible on web interface. 

So, login on Document Cloud web using Adobe ID and password https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/tools/?group=group-sign and try from there. It should work.
