Covert pdf to excel

I have adobe acrobat DC pro 21.005.20048 and i am trying to convert a pdf to excel .

it pop up a error message

the specified file could not be written to. it may be in use

What is the problem?

Thanks, Problems solved. I save the original pdf as a new file. Then, I can convert the new pdf file to excel.

Hello,

I just would like to convert a pdf file with 1593 pages into an excel file. The pdf file size is 8 MB.

The direct conversion from pdf to excel did not work, i.e. I got an error message.

So I tried to break the file into smaller units. But this also did not work for there is a page limit of 1500 pages.

Is there a solution to this problem ?

As you receive the error when trying to convert PDF to excel, please confirm if the issue occurs with a particular PDF.

Are you opening PDFs that are locally saved on the machine or from some network location?

Would it be possible to share the PDF with us? Also, share the OS on the machine.

Try once to reboot the machine and check if that helps.
