Covert Word to PDF with Acrobat Pro XI. But opening PDF should show single page

I have a Word file with for example 20 pages.

I convert this to PDF.

When opening the PDF it is never on single page layout.

I can do this manually in PDF "preferences" and then save.

But this is wasting time for each document.

I tried looking in Word under the Acrobat preferences.

But there the option is also not available.

Do you know how I can get this fixed??
