Crash every time

Everytime I open Acrobat it crashes. 

The window will open and it appears to work. A moment later a secondry window opens within it, like the sort that will give you hints and tips when you open othe Adobe apps. Within this window however, nothing appears, a loading symbol appears and it becomes unresponsive. I cannot close it, and even right clicking and choosing close from the taskbar does not work. If I open from Outlook a file and open it in Acrobat, it will also cause Outlook to become unresponsive and unable to close. The only way to go about it is to end the task through the task manager (I am using Windows 11).

I have tried repairing, which fixed it temporarily but has not worked again since. I have tries uninstalling and installing again, this hass not resolved it. 

Any ideas? I have taken a snapshot video of it, but it is too big to load here.
