crash on starting

Hi,

 

I have an issue with acrobat pro 2020, it crash on startup.

- I read desinstall and reinstall a 2 or 3 times

- I add the key in the registry

- my laptop is up to date win10pro 22H2 19045.5440

- even acrobat distiller crash...

- I desable the win8 compatibility mode like explain in an other post

 

It keep crashing

I ran the diagnostic tool, here is the ID : cb203d8c-7f2f-4f82-86dc-00560c19b724

If you are still experiencing the issue, please try to launch the app and install the latest version: 25.001.20428, Planned update, Mar 04, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/41xwhmM.

 

If you are not able to launch the app at all, please reboot the machine once, use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupt installation-related files, restart the machine, and Install Acrobat

For testing purposes, please create a test user profile with full admin rights, install Acrobat and check. If the issue still persists, please collect the fresh logs, and share them with us for further investigation.
