crashing when opening a new tab acrobat

have encountered an issue with an employee where, upon opening a new tab in Adobe Acrobat, the expected functionality is not working as intended and crashes. I attempted to resolve the problem by disabling the temporary fix "New Adobe", but unfortunately, this did not work.

Do we have an alternative solution or a more effective fix for this issue?
