Create a date stamp

The help page lacks sufficient information. For instance, there is a note at the top stating, “Before you begin, identify or create the image you want to use,” but it does not provide instructions on how to create the image. I don’t have one on file. I simply want a stamp that says “REJECTED.” When I place this stamp onto a PDF, I would like it to include my name and the date the stamp was applied.

We understand that you are trying to create a dynamic stamp, specifically the “Rejected” stamp, as shown in the screenshot below.

To create the stamp design, simply use the text "Rejected" as it appears in the screenshot. You can do this using tools like Adobe Express, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Microsoft Word. Once you have designed it, save your work as an image.

Afterwards, you can use that image to create the dynamic stamp by following the steps outlined here: Create custom dynamic stamps.
