What you're showing in the screenshot is not a form field. I think this is something you should look into doing in ACRGIS. If you can't do it there then we'll need a better description of where you want to add the hyperlinks, and to what they should link.

I export from arcgis with layer and attribute.  The field you see in screenshot is a field from database from arcgis.  I can't do that in arcgis because is a geomatic software and you need to licence to open Arcgis.  The field that you see refer to a another PDF document.  I need to add the hyperlink on the symbol. and the hyperlink must be invible.  The symbol is  a drilling hole and the hyperilnk is a log for drilling hole.

It's more clear ?

If that symbol is just a graphic (and doesn't always appear at the same spot on each page), I don't see how you could automate this task in Acrobat. If it was a character of some kind then it might have been possible.

Hi Hugues

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.  As described you want to create hyperlinks in the PDF file.

Are you using the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to edit the PDF / create hyperlinks? If yes, please check the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/acrobat/using/links-attachments-pdfs.html and see if that works for you.
