create a PDF with editable text field only on Acrobat Reader

I've got this question: I would like to create a PDF with editable text field only on Acrobat Reader.

Is there a way to do it?

Reader can't create PDF files. It can, however, add fields to an existing PDF by using a script, like this (paid-for) tool I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Reader -- Create Form Fields in Adobe Reader

i know we can't create PDF files in Reader. But how to make a document (in Acrobat Professionnel) that can be modified in acrobat Reader ?

Use Tools > Prepare Form and add form fields.
