Create a percentage action in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hi,

I've created an assessment PDF whereby I tick checkboxes and the sum adds up to a total score in a text field at the end of the PDF doc (see attached image). Students can gain up to 66 marks. What I would like to do is automate that score into a percentage in a separate text field which sits adjacent. 

Can anyone help?
