Create a text element in pdf (not annotation)

Hello, dear friends.

I wonder, is it possible to create a text element by means of JavaScript? I mean these text elements: Tools → Content Editing → Add Text. I was googling over the issue, and I didn't find the exact answer. In Acrobat Reference there is also nothing about such creating. Seems to me, it is impossible, right?
