create editable forms and send out for clients to sign

Question

I need to create forms with fields on that will mostly be filled by myself, these forms then need sending out to my clients and they at times are required to complete some of the fields then sign the form and return it to me.

Apart from having Adobe Pro what other software do i require to complete this task and do my clients require any thing more than Acrobt Reader to complete thiss task.

Use the Adobe Sign service. The basic service is included with your Acrobat license. You just send the form for signatures. If you are filling out most of it ahead of time, then I'd suggest you create the forms as Adobe Sign forms. When you click on the "Prepare Form" tools in Acrobat Pro, on a new form, you'll be asked if this form will need signatures. Select Yes.

You're clients don't need Acrobat at all. They'll do the signing on the web.
