Create Editable Template for animal shelter

Hi,

Advice how to make this as easy as possible.  I work at an animal shelter and we want to redo our cage cards to be more vibrant and engaging (I've attached the example I am thinking of).  I'm wondering what the easiest way to do this will be...I'm thinking creating an editable template that the staff can then just go in and change the name and information on without risking them deleting or moving around actual things on the sign.  However, with a template like that can the photos be changed out as well or just text?  Please let me know what your thoughts are, what programs we might need, etc. Thank you!!

Sure! You can add an "image field" in Acrobat DC and the users will be able to select an image to display on it by simply clicking it.

Thank you so much.  If I purchase the Acrobat DC to create the template, can other staff edit it just in the free reader version of Adobe or will all computers need to be fitted with Acrobat DC? (Sorry for only my basic knowledge of Adobe.)  If they all need Acrobat DC, can we purchase one subscription and fit all the computers with it or does it need to be purchased for each computer?

They can use the free Reader. Only you need Acrobat to set it up.
