Create PDF - Attach Source File

Adobe Acrobat includes an Acrobat plug-in in Microsoft Word. This allows me to Create PDF files from the Word menu bar. One of the options is to Attach Source File, which attaches the Word document to the created PDF. This option no longer works for me. The PDF is created, but the Word document is not attached. I've tried Reparing Acrobat, but that didn't resolve the issue. Any ideas how to make this option work?
