Create PDF based on list of files, or search result.

Hi
We have a huge folder structure where we only want to convert specific files. Is there a way to search for files and automatically convert the result to a pdf file with the same file name?

E.g. find all files in \PTE_FILE\*\html\*.htm

Or batch convert the files specified in a CSV-file listing all the files we want to convert? 
The pdf must be created in the same location as the original file.

The "Create Multiple PDF Files" function in Acrobat PRO, where I can specify a folder, or search for files, is doing the job, but will not handle the huge folder structure like 10 000+ files
