Create PDF from web page doesn't work

Acrobat Pro cannot convert this page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-can-you-limit-the-number-of-selections-in-a-list-box/td-p/15387208

It lags for about two minutes before displaying this message, and creating a PDF that looks like nothing and is incomplete (attached).

Is this really normal?

The problem is the same on Mac and Windows.

Repairing the installation didn't change anything (on Windows, not tested on the Mac)

We did try to replicate the behavior on the same application versions you mentioned on Windows. However, it is working fine on our end. Please have a look at the attached PDF.

We appreciate your sharing the screenshot and the file in advance. Could you please try repairing the installation?

If it happens again, please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID so we can get it checked with the team.
