Create pdf not working %%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: xshow ]%%

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, Create PDF is not working with Acrobat Standard 9 on Windows 10 machine, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat 9 from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.

Alos, Acrobat 9 is not tested on Windows 10 and it is also not compatible with Windows 10, refer to the following Adobe article for technical specifications Adobe Acrobat system requirements
