Create start and stop time boxes

Hello! I'm trying to create a student assessment form with start and stop time boxes. When the student starts the assessment, I can create a start box without issue. However, the stop time autopopulates with the same time as the start box.

Is there any way I can create the stop time box to actually reflect the ending time? Is there a possibility of calculating the total assessment time? (time difference)
