I have created a dependant dropdown menu form using javascript, It works fine in adobe acrobat pro. When I open that form in chrome browser, half of the form appears like image or sometimes the commands wont work. I have tried to turn on javascript option in Chrome's Setting. No luck. I cant figure out how to solve this problem.

Well no, of course not. The Chrome PDF viewer does not have proper JavaScript support. Nor do many mobile PDF viewers.

It will be of great help if you could suggest a way around if my client doesn't have access to Adobe Acrobat or Reader. Or Is there any browser which will support this pdf with javascript in it?

Unlikely. You will need to test it for yourself. It can depend on the version of the browser and plugin used.
