Created a PDF form with editable text fields and image fields for client to upload photos. This form works fine on my own computer but when sent to the client they cannot upload photos.

Created a PDF form with editable text fields and image fields for client to upload photos. This form works fine on my own computer but when sent to the client they cannot upload photos.

They are using a computer and Adobe Acrobat/Reader to complete the form. The text fields all work fine but they cannot click inside the image box to upload a photo.

Here is the editable PDF form attached. The image upload pages are page 5 and page 6.

    Your client is probably using their computer’s default PDF reader (Windows: Edge, Mac: Preview).
    These programmes do not recognise all the features of a PDF, far from it.

    We attempted to replicate the issue with the PDF you shared and successfully added the image without any problems.

    To assist you better, could you please confirm how you shared the document with the client and what application the client used to open the PDF? This information will help us gain a clearer understanding of the issue.
