I have a product portfolio that changes regularly and I would like to have a link that always points to the same location however the document can be relaced and changed as needed. We have the link to our portfolio in our email signature, however every time it changes, the link needs to be replaces with a new URL. Can this be achieved within adobe?

    Hi natalia_5978,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Acrobat does not currently provide a "dynamic" URL that automatically points to a completely different PDF file while keeping the same public link. If you share a PDF using Acrobat's cloud-sharing features, a new share link may be generated when a different file is uploaded.

You may use a permanent URL and replace the document at the same storage location rather than generating a new link each time. We suggest using a cloud storage or a web server to store the portfolio PDF at a fixed location, keeping the same name. When the portfolio is updated, replace the existing file with the new version.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
