Creating a Dynamic Stamp in Adobe DC PRO

I am struggling to create a stamp with a dynamic date field. I have uploaded the stamp but cannot find it anywhere. I have tried to use the online tutorials, but I have never used the Javascript decoder before. Can someone please help me find the stamp files? And, how will I add the content to the stamp? I am using Adobe DC PRO. It's a 2020 version. I am using a mac running BigSur 11.1.
