Creating a new print format setting

I'm trying to create a new print format seeting but am missing the option button to create a one.

So I get

where as a colleague who supposedly has the same acorbat version has this:

Am i missing something?

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?
