I do not want the MS Office tracking comments to show when I create a pdf.  They are turned off in the MS doc, but still show in the pdf.

From Acrobat, go to File> Save-as> Other> Optimized PDF, Discard all comments, forms and multimedia.

Or you could use a Preflight fixup.
