Question

Creating an AutoFill Form with Adobe

We are wanting to create a rental agreement/application on Adobe that will allow us to streamline fill in information in AutoFill Fields digitally  as well as be able to email to tenants for fill out via Adobe.

There is a portion of both documents that are what I call "the fine print" that is ALOT of detailed (but important) information and I am wondering if there is a way I can do a cut/paste of that section and add it to the documents (w/o having to retype...ugh!).

We also have a letterhead with logo that we want to use.

Can someone let me know if this is possible, and give me some steps on how to accomplish?

Thanks so much

Karla

You can do it using form fields. The "fine print" information can be placed in a read-only form field, which you can then copy & paste into other fields. Just make sure you set the field's default value as well, so that it won't clear if the form is reset.
