Creating an interactive set of pdfs

Hello Everyone,

My goal if it is even possible is to create a set of .pdfs that one can select from an initial first page based on what is being selected. For example:

1). I would like the first page to have check boxes or words that act like checkboxes to select and those specific forms will be selected to fill out.

2). I then want to be able for those checkboxes to be able to select the correct files within the selected forms.

3). Once inside the forms one has selected, be able to fill out each form with some of the information directed to specific spots on those forms such as typing in one's name and it shows up on two different sheets that were a part of the original selection.

4). I don't want to be able to see all the different form variations on the first sheet. I just want to be able to select those I need for a specific job then one or however many show up to continue with the task.

Thanks for any assistance.

2 & 4 : you must use hidden page templates, search this forum, it's a frequently discussed topic.

3 : Fields with exactly the same name automaticaly shares their content (their appearance can be different).

May be that you can use template pages.
