Creating and reading pdf's

I have been creating pdf files for a long time and never paid for it. Now--just in the last 2 days--I am being asked to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat just to even read my pdf's. I tried twice to ask a customer service person why this was happening and was suddenly disconnected both times. What gives?

This is happening to me now too all of a sudden - have you had any luck getting this fixed

Do you have a subscription to Acrobat? If so, check if it's valid or there's an issue with the payment.

You should be able to view documents in it, either way, but if you don't have a valid subscription it would revert to the free Reader (or at least it should). Try logging out of your account if it doesn't work.
