Creating customized toolset. Adding instructions. I would like the instructions to populate the markup I make on the pdf, is that possible?

A toolset consisting of Drawing Markups (line, arrow, etc). I would like to place those features (along with Instructions from the "Add Instruction" function) onto the PDF without having to manually type in the markups on the pdf. I would like the instructions to auto fill the markups based off the add instruction capability. Hopefully that makes sense. Thx!
