Question

Creating editable pdfs for non-acrobat pro users

I'm creating some very simple point-of-sale materials for a client. I designed them in InDesign and exported as a pdf. The client would like to be able to make various versions in an as needed basis. They would like to be able to add a logo and also change the date/time on their own. Then print as needed per event.

How do I set this up so that there is one editable copy block and one image block (that they can simply import their logo into) if they do NOT have acrobat pro?

Thanks!

Add a text field and an image field, either in Acrobat or in InDesign.
