Creating links in the index of a collection

Hi. In a collection of numerous scores made with Acrobat Pro, I would like to create a link system to go directly from the Index pages to the corresponding texts within the collection. And then possibly return to the first page of the Table of Contents. Thank you to those who can give me effective pointers.
