Creating new PDF failed

I noticed several times that creating a new PDF from an Indesign file where I made several changes end up with the PDF prior to changes. I had to restart Acrobat to get a PDF with the new changes applied! That is SOOOOOOOOOO hard when you work in a short workflow, we don't have time to check that every changes are shown on the PDF!!!
