Creating reverse fillable text in PDF

Hello! I am working on a name table tent project. I am needing to make the name cards fillable. The paper is folded long ways and so I need a way to make the text fillable but also be flipped and reversed on the other side. Any suggestions would be great!

You can flip it in the sense that if it's "abc" in one field it will become "cba" in another, but to reverse it entirely (so it's written in "mirror writing") will require using a specialized font with all the letters in reverse (and a script to populate it based on the other field), if that's what you mean.
