Creating Simplified Chinese PDFs in DC pro

Hi,

When I try to convert a Simplified Chinese word document to PDF using DC Pro, the result is that displays all the characters as rectangles like this

The strange thing is that if I do the same conversion using Reader DC then is converts perfectly.

I've looked through the font folders of both programs and they appear to both have exactly the same fonts.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
