Hi,

I have normal PDF that needs to be created to Accessible XFA PDF. I already have knowledge to create forms in PDF using Adobe Acrobat Professional and i have delivered the same to my client. They have rejected and ask us to create the XFA form PDF using LiveCycle Designer or Adobe AEM Forms. I dont have must experiences in both softwares. Can anyone tell how to create the XFA form PDF using these softwares or send me a tutorial link to learn. Also let me know whether this software is a freeware or cost.

Regards,

Santhosh

Hi Santhosh,

Adobe Designer is a commercial software and no freeware.

Here is a good starting point:

@santhoshr29800103, the video referenced above is part of a series of online tutorials for AEM Forms Designer by J.P. Terry, the absolute guru of XFA forms. I recommend reviewing all of his videos at https://www.youtube.com/@user-so4qq5up2f  When it comes to forms, J.P. is excellent.

Do you actually have LiveCycle Designer (now discontinued)? Or AEM Designer? We know of them, but we don't really know enough about them to give any help, there is a separate AEM forum.
