Création Formulaire - Code Rapport

Bonjour,

Je voudrais supprimer les codes de rapport de mon formulaire (Voir photos ci-dessous).

Les destinataires sont obligés de consulter en appuyant sur le bouton "revoir" pour pouvoir "signer".

Je voudrais que celui-ci puisse signer sans qu'il en soit obligé.

Thanks for reaching out. 

In Acrobat desktop workflows, there is no mandatory “Review” unless the form or JavaScript code forces an intermediate action. And assuming you are using Acrobat Digital signature, not Adobe Sign?
If the form was created with custom scripts or buttons (e.g., a “Review” button before enabling the signature field), that logic needs to be removed or modified.

 

If you are willing to share the file, we may take a look.

If you can't share the file publicly, upload files to any cloud drive and share the link via private message. To send a private message, click the envelope icon in the top-right corner.
