Creative Cloud is ineffective to uninstall

Hi,

I used the standard process to uninstall Adobe Acrobat. But it always there:

And double clicking on Acrobat Uninstaller opens the current folder, then nothing as shown below:

Well, what is the relevant process to uninstall?

open the cc desktop app>click the arrow next to acrobat>click uninstall.

"open the cc desktop app>click the arrow next to acrobat>click uninstall." is the standard process. And it fails.
