Creative Cloud keeps asking me to sign in

Creative Cloud keeps asking me to sign in again even though I have already signed in successfully.

The application works after I enter my Adobe account credentials, but after restarting my computer or reopening Creative Cloud, I sometimes get another sign-in prompt.

I've already checked that my Adobe account is active and tried signing out and signing back in.

What could cause Creative Cloud to repeatedly lose the sign-in session, and what troubleshooting steps should I try?

    Hi @interesting_vibrancy8cec ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble here.

A couple of things would help narrow this down: are you on Windows or Mac, and does this happen every time you restart the computer, or only sometimes? Also, do you notice it more after your machine has been asleep or idle for a while, versus a full restart?

The cause of this is usually one of a few things: license or credential files getting corrupted or removed (sometimes by antivirus software), a required background service not running, or stored sign-in credentials in Keychain (Mac) or Credential Manager (Windows) getting cleared or going stale. The troubleshooting guide walks through the fixes for each platform: Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly

A few of the most common fixes from that guide, depending on your OS:

    • Windows: Open Services, find Credential Manager, and restart it. Also, confirm the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) service is running, since Creative Cloud relies on it to keep your session valid between restarts

    • Mac: Open Keychain Access, select the login keychain, search for "Adobe User OS Info" and "Adobe User Profile Info," and delete both entries, then reopen Creative Cloud and sign in again

    • Both platforms: if antivirus software is installed, check whether it's removing or quarantining Adobe license files, since that's a common cause of this specific loop

Let us know how it goes.
