Creative Cloud Pro - Acrobat AI Assistant

I try to purchase Acrobat AI Assistant but it asks to pay. I have creative cloud pro and payment says I already have access. Yet, again, acrobat asks to make a payment. What's the situation?

Hi @Safi Marroun,

An AI assistant is an add-on subscription. 

You may check plans here: https://adobe.ly/4ozHddL. It is now included in a separate variant called Acrobat Studio.  

 

@Jim_Rick6879 - That is not correct. An AI assistant is an additional offering, even if you have a Creative Cloud subscription.
