Creative Cloud stuck at 85% downloading Acrobat DC

I had it installed and it was continually not responding, then I got an email telling me to install it, signed in, got Creative Cloud which I told to install it -- that was several hours ago. It has only managed to get to 85%, and has been there for over an hour.

Hi Marys,

In addition to kglad, you may also try the following steps:

1) Log out of CC

2) Close all CC applications eg Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

3) Reopen CC

4) Begin Download again

restart your computer and retry if it's not ready to open.
