Creative Cloud subscription apps?

Can someone tell me why my Creative Cloud Subscription only allows me to install a stripped down version of acrobat, (Acrobat Pro 32 bit). When I can go to the download site and install the 64 bit Acrobat Pro DC? Why isn't the best version available for download and updates in Creative Cloud?
