Creative Cloudでエラーコード「0xc000007b」が発生して,Adobe Acrobat Proをインストールすることができません

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there,

Hope you’re doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

The Adobe Acrobat error 0xc000007b is usually not caused by Acrobat itself. It’s most often a Microsoft Visual C++ runtime issue in Windows. This can happen when:

  • 32-bit and 64-bit system files conflict
  • Some Windows system files are damaged or missing

What usually fixes this:

  • Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions) for more info. please check the help pages listed below:
    https://adobe.ly/3YYMCQw
    https://adobe.ly/4sG5eTg
  • Repair Windows system files using the System File Checker (SFC)
  • Make sure Windows and .NET Framework are fully updated

Sometimes, restarting the computer or running Acrobat as an administrator may work temporarily, but for a permanent fix, repairing or reinstalling the Visual C++ packages is required.

Hope this helps clarify the issue. Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.
