Criar PDF com senha que não possa ser hackeado

Olá,Gostaria de saber se é possível criar um PDF com senha, impossibilitando edição e cópía de conteúdo, mas que seja impossível de ser hackeado em sites como o IlovePDF. Hoje, mesmo inserindo senha de alta segurança tanto no InDesign quanto no Acrobat, os PDFs podem ser abertos e editados  nesse site, por exemplo. Desse modo, a ferramente de protação oferecido pela Adobe é inútil.

No, any pdf that can be viewed can be copied, one way or another. You can make your pdf a little harder to re-use by saving the pdf content as an image, adding a watermark, or adding a transparent image layer on top of your content (in the original application), this would make the content below the image harder to select (after the password is removed) and may deter some people.
