There are some files that we received from a vendor that will not rip thru our press, The font seems to be embedded but Acrobat keep displaying the error. Please help.

General idea is as follows…

Whatever created those particular PDF files in fact created bogus PDF files with the issue seemingly associated with how it defined fonts within the PDF file.

Unless we can get a sample PDF file with “non-sensitive” information, that is all we can reasonably tell you!

What is producing this error message? Acrobat or the RIP?

Without having a sample file to look at and some information as to how it was generated, there isn't much we can do to assist from here!

Error is in both, actually it crashes at the RIP, I can't not place a sample PDF here because is sensitive information, I was just wondering if you could give me a general idea of what is happening here, thanks anyway.
