Crop Marks & Artwork Shifting when Printing

Everyone in my department is having an issue where we go to print a pdf, using fit to page, and adding marks. When we get the print off the laser printer the crop marks and art do not line up. Everything seems to have shifted - artwork and crops, but not in any way that makes sense. Any idea of how this could happen? The only settings we are changing is fit to print and add crop marks. Thank you!

Sorry for the delayed response.

Could you let us know the application you are using to print the pdf file- Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat?

What is the dot version of the application and the operating system installed on the machine? To check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
