Crop multiple areas of one page

With Adobe Pro, can you crop multiple areas of one page (like a cut feature)? Everything I've seen is only for one section, but I need to crop multiple areas in between paragraphs and data (like on a receipt). I tried converting the files to Word and they came out all distorted.

You can use the Redaction tool to completely remove certain areas of a PDF page and replace them with a solid rectangle of a fixed color (usually black, but it can be anything).
