cs6 acrobat reader no longer works i need to have it reinstalled cs6 serial number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, cs5 serial number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

my cs6 acrobat reader is not working - it worked last week but now it says i have to sign in to cloud.  i don't want cloud i paid for the above program and would like to continue using it.  please help

There is no such product as CS6 Acrobat Reader. Adobe Reader is a free product that is not part of any of the CS or CC products.

Yes, a copy of Acrobat Pro is included in the now discontinued and no longer supported CS (Creative Suite) products. If you are trying to reinstall Acrobat Pro that did come with CS6, you must install it via the CS6 installer, not an independent Acrobat installer.
